ACS-bioINFORMATICS has emerged as an outstanding project training centre in the various areas of Bioinformatics in which the work of the trainees have been accepted at various international journals/conferences . ACS-bioINFORMATICS is situated in the heart of Biotech Park, Lucknow. It has good infrastructure, defined framework and processes whereby the students can conduct their course/project work to cement their roots of practical knowledge and applicability for availing better opportunities in this emerging area or field .

B) On going Projects in the field of bioinformatics:
1) Molecular Characterization of streptococcal Pneumoniae Virulence Factors.
2) Inhibitors development for serine proteases.
3) Insilico Drug Designing ( using homology modelling, molecular docking, molecular dynamics ) for Matrix Metallo Proteinase 9 for Muscular Dystrophy.
