A Epiprep which will predict the epitope from protein sequence.

TCEBD

The TCEBD is the most comprehensive database of T-cell epitopes focuses on vaccine design. It contains T-cell epitope, MHC binding peptide, TAP binding peptide. This product is used extensively by immuno-informaticians to improve the vaccine candidate identification process.

Proteases Database

A comprehensive database on proteases. It contain the predicted data and mirror image of Plant PDB, Plant ProDB & Plant LactDB families.
